GRP Digital helps ambitious brands grow by combining SEO strategy with market intelligence and AI visibility. We cut through the noise and focus on what really drives growth, powered by GRP Studio, our own content automation suite. As an SEO & AI Visibility Specialist you are right in the middle of that work: you turn search data and customer behaviour into strategy, and strategy into measurable results.

About GRP Digital and how we work

We don't believe in full-service agencies that try to do everything at once. We work with a small core team of strategists and a trusted network of specialists in SEO, content, UX, data and CRO. To the client you are a single point of contact, not a cog in a delivery machine.

Our approach always follows the same three steps:

  • Insight: we start with market signals, customer behaviour and competitor visibility.
  • Focus: we decide what really matters, and just as importantly, what doesn't.
  • Activation: we turn priorities into dashboards, campaigns and roadmaps.

Strategic and sharp, data-driven and practical. No fluff reports, just insights you can act on straight away.

What you'll do

  • You map the real market demand: how people search, which problems they want to solve and how competitors position themselves.
  • You run technical, content and authority analyses and turn them into concrete improvements.
  • You build keyword and intent research into topic architecture and a clear content strategy.
  • You work on AI visibility: you analyse how brands show up in AI search results and steer accordingly.
  • You work with GRP Studio and our data stack to produce content and insights at scale, with fact-checking and E-E-A-T as the starting point.
  • You build and interpret dashboards and reports, and translate the numbers into clear choices for the client.
  • You guide delivery together with our content, development and CRO partners.

What you bring

  • 2 to 4 years of SEO experience, at an agency or in-house.
  • You are strong in technical SEO, content and authority, and understand how they shape rankings together.
  • Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and an SEO suite such as SEMrush or Ahrefs. Affinity with data (BigQuery, Looker) is a plus.
  • You are strong in Excel and comfortable with data, formulas and spreadsheets.
  • Curious about AI and the future of search, and you put new developments into practice quickly.
  • You dare to challenge, simplify and make choices. You work independently and results-driven.
  • Good command of Dutch and English.
